Below is the latest list of Beer that we expect to be delivered to the Durham Beer Festival.
This information is supplied in good faith and whilst we will attempt to keep this page as up to date possible there may still be some last minute changes to availability and ABV may occur. Please note that some beers are being held as reserves to be tapped when other beers sell out, so not all beers are available at all times.

Allendale Adder 5.0% Lager

The Adder Lager is slow fermented and traditionally lagered at 0 deg C for 8 weeks. This is a crisp, refreshing pilsner style lager. A perfect drink for summer BBQ's.

Big Lamp Prince Bishop 4.8% Golden

A refreshing, easy-drinking bitter. Golden in colour, full of fruit and hops. Strong bitterness with a spicy, dry finish.

Complex beer. roasty and sweet with some interesting fruitiness. The hop combines with the roast malts for a satisfying and lasting finish.

Sweet, fruit and malty aromas lead to a creamy, full bodied balanced red ale with caramel flavours and a lasting finish.

A copper coloured bitter brewed with British malts and flavoured with North American Willamette hops.

Durham Dunkel 4.5% Dark Lager
Durham St. Cuthbert IPA 6.5% IPA

A bitter beer with a drying bitter finish. Hops dominate with some sweetness and fruit helping to balance.

Fullers ESB 5.5% ESB

Dark amber coloured smooth premium bitter. Sweet caramel, orange marmalade, apricot and caramelised fruit flavours. Finish is of spicy hops with a developing dry bitterness. Slight roasty character throughout. Malty sweet nose with a little citrus.

George Samuel Locomotion 4.0% Pale Ale

Citrus hops and fruity aromas are complemented by a moderate sweetness with rising and lasting bitterness at the end.

A Scottish cask lager, brewed using a lager yeast and Hersbrucker hops. A hoppy aroma, with fruit and malt, leads to a malty, bitter taste with floral hoppiness and a bitter finish.
